The Information Technology, Inc. Premier II Teller integrates the latest advances in Windows™ based software and network technology with branch teller workstations that are seamlessly integrated to ITI's Premier II System. Premier II Teller is a complete service delivery product which combines the stability, power and flexibility of an integrated enterprise wide network to improve customer service and make a broad range of financial services available to customers. Premier II Teller uses the latest 32-bit advanced operating systems to ensure long-term performance. This architecture addresses the changing role of the teller by multi-threading or multi-tasking transaction activity.
Using the Premier II Teller module, tellers complete transactions quickly and accurately. Tellers who are comfortable using a Windows™ environment can perform transactions easily with "point-and-click" access, or for tellers that prefer a keyboard-based operation, transactions can be performed "mouse minimal."
Without leaving a customer, tellers can access the Premier II database and retrieve an entire customer portfolio, including demand deposit and savings accounts, certificates of deposit and loans. By arming tellers with complete information at their desktop, they can quickly address customer questions without the need to leave the customer to perform a query at another workstation, improving customer satisfaction.
Premier II Teller is a 32-bit application, offering the flexibility of running on either a Windows 95™ or Windows NT™ operating system. Premier II Teller's open architecture allows other client server applications to coexist on the same platform. Communication protocol can be either HLCN or TCP/IP.
