With Premier Image Director, ITI enhanced host and PC software are integrated with state of the art hardware to create a powerful Document Management system.

 

  The Premier Image Director Module offers fast, easy and consistent access to a wide range of information by combining Document Imaging and COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) processing into one system, which is fully integrated to the Information Technology, Inc. Premier and Premier II applications. Director's client/server architecture provides excellent scalability, allowing clients to start with a cost effective solution to meet today's requirements and expand by integrating additional document management applications in the future.

  • COLD Storage - Utilizing the latest in Optical Disk technology, Director provides the ability to store system generated reports and notices via COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) processing. The Director Data File Processor Module is a comprehensive COLD system that reduces or eliminates the need to store computer generated reports, notices and statements on paper, microfilm or microfiche.
  • Document Archive – Document Imaging. Converts paper documents into electronic images through scanning or importing. The Document Imaging Module provides fast, configurable document-to-image conversion on a wide variety of scanners and file formats, with the ability to store and retrieve image captured materials. For example, letter and legal size documents, photographs and plot surveys.

  • Check Imaging – Director Check Imaging and Fiserv – Atlanta - Titan Check Imaging Interface.
    • Titan Interface (Fiserv – Atlanta) – The Titan interface allows Director to retrieve checks stored on Fiserv’s National Image Archive in Atlanta.
    • Director Check Imaging – Check images stored on Director server at Fiserv – Chatsworth. Allows clients to take advantage of additional Director features such as Electronic Document Distribution, Document Designer, CD/DVD Publishing, access to copies of image statements via E-Com and E-Corp.
  • Document Distribution - electronic distribution of statements and notices via the web, e-mail, fax, CD-ROM and DVD-ROM.)
  • Director Document Designer - customized layout and design of statements and notices. Allows you to build “one-of-a-kind” unique designs to meet your needs and the needs of your clients.
  • Director Workflow – moves and tracks documents through pre-defined business processes. Routes documents to specific recipients or departments on a specified schedule or as each pre-defined task is completed (e.g. workflow can track loan applications from receipt until the loan is boarded and funded).
  • Web Director – provides Director access through Microsoft Internet Explorer. Offers the same research features as the regular Director. Eliminates the need to install, maintain, and upgrade software at each workstation.
  • Director Publishing – creates a self contained, portable, mini Director system on a CD or DVD so your clients can view and retrieve information from their own computer. This version supports document, retrieval, cross-referencing, text search and print functions.
  • Director Advanced Mail Services – allows documents stored in Director to be simply and easily e-mailed to Internet e-mail addresses. Documents such as check images, statements and notices can now be sent directly to your clients in an e-mail.
  • Document Import Processor (DIP) - designed for importing documents and images generated by third-party applications. Helps clients quickly and easily archive large numbers of files and their related indices. Ideal for performing large back-file conversions. Provides an automated process for importing scanned images and indexes from a third party Imaging company/vendor when scanning large volumes of existing documents.
  • E-Forms – enables the completion and submission of online HTML forms for automatic capture and storage of documents.
    Director Electronic Signatures – affixes a password protected signature with date/time stamp to electronic documents, guarding against fraudulent signatures and other tampering.
  • Director Subscription Server – stores end-user messages and corresponding attachments from e-mail systems. E-mail accounts such as customer support or client services can be monitored and filtered based on things like Sender, Recipient, CC, BCC, Subject Line, etc. Real time message log provides monitoring to ensure prompt attention to messages from your clients.
  • Optical Character Recognition – document recognition package that converts imaged documents into text documents to facilitate text searches. Used with the Document Archive Module.
    Exception Reporting – recognizes relationships between a base document and one or more secondary documents (e.g. loan documents) and can generate exception reports on missing or aged items.
  • EDM – enables the storage and management of word processing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and images. Stores, manages and controls revisions to critical documents preventing lost revisions and uncertainty about who made changes to a document. MS Office documents can be stored directly in the Director system.

For example, a Custom Query can be used to retrieve multiple notices and statements for a specific customer simply by selecting the predefined Custom Query. Custom Queries are unlimited in potential as well as the number that can be established.
  • Annotations – Post-It notes and highlights can be affixed to documents.
  • Text Search Capabilities – internal and external text searches can quickly and easily locate information. Internal Text searches are performed within an open document. External Text searches enable searches across multiple documents and/or a date range.
  • Keyword Indexing – speeds document retrieval and searches. A good understanding of the keyword functionality speeds access, research and reproduction time.
  • Security – comprehensive security system controls access to documents and system functions. User level access is tracked and logged at the system level and the document level in order to maintain a complete audit of all activity on the system.
  • Export/Import/E-Mail capabilities – data can be exported/imported to and from applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and e-mail.
  • Modular Integration – Director can be expanded and enhanced with additional modules at any time.
