The Connect3 system is the foundation for ITI's electronic banking solutions. Four proven solutions that can enhance and improve the technological development of your institution and the service you provide to you customers.

  • PCbanc, delivers customer banking through a private network into the homes and offices of customers and prospects.

Connect3 is the foundation that provides seamless integration among each one of the delivery channels and the Premier II database. In a highly secure environment, customers can quickly and confidently execute real-time transactions, including account inquires, fund transfers, statement balancing and bill payment. Connect3 accepts customer bill payments, ACH transfers, stop payments and other transactions. Customers know their account information is current because all customer initiated transactions, whether proof, teller workstations, ATMs or one of the delivery channels, are memoposted in a real-time environment.

 

With Connect3, customers can conveniently unlock their account information with a single user code and password, whether they are accessing information from a PC running on a network, Internet connection or telephone. Service charging, reporting and file backup are functions of Connect3 for every configuration and mix of delivery channels selected in an electronic delivery plan. Connect3 can even provide stand-in processing when customer records are unavailable due to file reorganization or software upgrades. Specifications for PCbanc, ExecuBanc, TeleBanc NT and NetBanc are conveniently established through the Connect3 Administrator, which also provides on-line access to customer usage information.
