 |
The Information Technology, Inc. ATM Processing System (ATM) provides automated banking services to a financial institution's customers, while accommodating a diverse set of alternatives in hardware configurations and operating procedures. Service and diversity characterize the ITI ATM Processing System.
Full integration with the ITI Premier II System (PRM) directly accesses the demand deposit and savings account balances for transaction authorization. DDA and savings balances are also available for inquiry and memo posting, including transfers between accounts.
The basic ATM Processing System enables an institution to establish and print processing specifications, back up data files, transact foreign bank settlement, control "hot card" security and operate ATMs in an on-line mode throughout a 24-hour day.
Optional ATM modules complement the basic system with "switch" processing alternatives, including capabilities to process ATMs for other institutions.

SERVICE CHARGES
ATM activity charges are computed automatically and passed on to the Premier System (PRM) for posting to customer accounts. Individual charges can be consolidated by day for all transaction activity and debited once. Alternatively, charges can be posted individually per transaction to provide customers with more detail.
USAGE ANALYSIS
Analysis reports provide a detailed summary of transaction volume by machine, by type of transaction and by hour of day. Transactions are also grouped according to three amounts: $100 or less, $100 to $200 and greater than $200.
